While Hays county may be losing a very liberal county judge, Comal County has sworn in what many speculate is a RINO Republican, Kristen Hoyt was just appointed to the position by a vote of county commisoners, even though the election cycle is not complete and a write in candidate can still run with a deadline of August 17th for filing to run

Hoyt has been dogged by personal baggage like being disqualified and having an election vacated in the past for violating rules on required residency. She is also married to a former Council Member who collobaroted with local democrats and contributed to campaigns with far left candidates like San Antonio’s Castro twins and Barrack Obama.

Hoyt also took tens of thousands in money from supporters of liberal democrats including her father in law who has given upwards of $100,000 to liberals in recent years.

Already local conservatives who were opposed to Hoyt are yelling foul at this new turn of events asking why the urgency to appoint her and who is behind this push to assume the election is over.

A possible write-in candidate for Comal County Judge? Apparently there is a possibility of a candidate declaring for the November general election. If so, he or she would have until August 17th to declare.

With many people still wondering how a democrat infiltrated Comal County elected offices as well as rumors of financial arrangements tied to supporters, possible PAC issues and strong arm tactics we may yet see fireworks in this race.

We will pass on information if we are able to verify this rumor.

Some very interesting information on Zach Boyer, president of the New Braunfels Young Republicans that comes out of Pearland Texas. This group has been on a tear in prior weeks contacting people opposed to their chosen candidate Kristen Hoyt who is running as Republican in the face of many people who claim she is not Republican. Hoyt has taken tens of thousands from far left individuals who also support liberal democrats in dozens of races. The NBYR group has messaged people threatening to reveal past information they believe will embarrass them in an apparent bid to squash free speech from opposing political thoughts. Much of the finger pointing on the threats revolves around Donald Seeger Jr. who has pumped huge sums of money into the group possibly explains why Boyer seem powerless to reign in the bad behavior. The blowback to this group is now causing people to question and even demand the resignation of the county Republican chair, Anita Valdez after Valdez seemingly capitulated to the groups right of free speech.

Ironically it was Hoyt’s illegal entry to her first run at office and subsequent disqualification that led to the resignation of past party chair, Bob Hieronymus in 2014.

It’s getting hot in the county primary. No recent race has drawn the attention this one has since now jailed former cop Jerry Airola ran for county constable (losing big).

The shadowy group called New Braunfels Young Republicans have gone so far in on one candidate, Kristen Hoyt who has herself raised many red flags from people who are convinced she is a false Republican married to a die-hard Obama supporter who has ties to the San Antonian Castro twins. Add in the amount of huge liberal democrat donations she’s received and a virtually non-existent verifiable past prior to her marriage to her prominent liberal husband.

Hoyt famously ran for her prior office and was unable to take the role because she failed to recognize that she wasn’t even eligible at the time due to long established residency rules.

The young Republican group as of late have taken to using scorched earth tactics against anyone that opposed Hoyt amidst speculation that their defense just seemed unusually strong for a primary. This leads many to speculate that there’s some quid-pro-quo in play involving unknown players with a stake on Hoyt being County Judge

The Young Republican group has been seen insulting, dismissing and eventually telling a local woman to F**k off over her use of a metoo hashtag. These comments came from an Austinite who claims to live in Comal County, Donald Seeger Jr. Club president Zach Boyer apologized to a former council member who was insulted repeatedly by a post in their page but since that time no action has been taken and the Young Republican page continues to take aim at other conservatives.

This behavior has been universally panned by many Comal County residents and resulted in the Republican Chair making a muted response protecting the Young Republican’s group right to free speech with a mild rebuke of the boorish behavior.

This has led Paul Rojas, candidate for U.S. Congress District 21 to weigh in on the disgusting behavior and the lackluster response from Republican Chair, Anita Valdez. Rojas has highlighted a potential culture of rot with the group and the county leadership and states “It is time to clean house”.

Some may remember a few years back when this guy ran a campaign of lies and fabricated experience for Comal County Constable.

Some may also remember his company, Silver State Helicopters which was what some call a fraud and which was eventually shut down by the feds as well as left the City of New Braunfels holding financial debt they never repaid.

Another day with electrical conservation appeals with low wind production listed as a contributing factor. One has to wonder if continued growth and demand along with increasing reliance on wind and solar electricity will make these reductions a normal way of life even during normal weather conditions.

Well, ERCOT has started to modify power companies that possible rolling blackouts may be necessary if voluntary demands are not met according to the City of Kyle. Demand/capacity is virtually the same so it’s clear to see the possibility of localized outages.
