On Saturday, April 18, Rutgers hosted the annual Rutgers University Dance Marathon in Voorhees Mall. The event was a day-long carnival with games and dancing, all to raise money for the Embrace Kids Foundation in New Brunswick.

On Saturday, the radio organization 90.3 FM The Core hosted its annual Corefest at the Douglass Student Center. The event featured performances from bands and artists such as Capo, Bleary Eyed, Greg Mendez and Lip Critic.

On Saturday, Rutgers students and activist groups rallied for the third official No Kings protest, starting on College Avenue campus before marching to Monument Park. The protest was apart of a national demonstration against the Trump administration and presence of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
