Meet Stephanie Agudelo, or , another one of our amazingly talented panelists. Stephanie’s story is a unique and fascinating one and we cannot wait to her on!
Stephanie was born in Wayne, New Jersey, but was raised in Colombia until the late 90s and then moved back to America. Throughout her life in Florida and Colombia, she developed an obsession with color and photography. She found clothes, and colors as vehicles of expressing herself.
Since learning the English language was a struggle at first, Stephanie found comfort in communicating through her photography.
Her objective is to push boundaries in portraiture by using hyper-saturated objects such as: slime, lobster claws, over-sized balloons, inflatables, monochrome fashion attire/location, and colorful props, in order to compose her final image. “I would describe my work as playful, imaginative, and surreal. I emphasize color a lot in my work to express thoughts and emotions, and draws out the same in my viewers with specific choices.”
