Hello. Just a question on biscochitos. I plan to make them tomorrow and I haven't made them in years. The last time didn't turn out so great as they tended to crumble. Any way I remember my grandfather`s second wife making them and she whipped the lard for a very long time. She said the lard had to be whipped to a frothy consistency or the cookies wouldn't come out right. Does anyone know about this. Also any suggestions would be helpful.
