Delicious chops 🥩
Ingredients:
🟡Beef tenderloin
🟡Salt
🟡Eggs
🟡Flour
Preparation:
➡️We wash the meat, cut it into 0.5 centimeter thick plates, remove excess moisture with paper napkins.
➡️ Cover the pieces with cling film and beat them on both sides.
➡️Then we also salt and pepper the meat on both sides, rub the spices with our hands.
➡️We envelop the meat in the egg, then fry it in flour and hot vegetable oil on both sides (it took me literally three minutes on each side).
➡️Can be served with fresh vegetables.
