Skin of the Forest

In a world where nature is often seen as a backdrop rather than a living presence, this project seeks to restore a sense of intimacy between the human form and the organic world.

The inspiration comes from immersing myself in the silence of forests, where natural light sculpts the contours of bodies and trees alike, tracing textures that whisper of time and transformation. The skin of a person, marked by life's journey, mirrors the bark of ancient trees, weathered yet resilient. Each scar, each crease, tells a story of adaptation, survival, and beauty. In this dialogue, the body does not impose itself upon the landscape but rather dissolves into it, becoming another layer of organic complexity
