✅DIASPORA ADVANCEMENT IN AFRICA
🇺🇸After an extraordinary business trip in Zanzibar, Tanzania, I have been in Accra, Ghana for nearly ten days. The rhythm has been intense—filled with purpose, meetings, and meaningful work—leaving little time to explore, shop, or even document this season on social media. There is so much to catch up on, and yet everything is unfolding exactly as it should. I am profoundly proud of the work I am doing in Africa. Some seasons require building in silence before sharing the story.
What a divine moment it was to unexpectedly reunite with my dear friend, renowned New York based fashion designer Glenroy March from Jamaica here in Accra. When you meet your people on the Motherland, it is more than coincidence—it is alignment, belonging, and destiny.
I am truly honored to be part of the Ghana Diaspora Initiative in partnership with the Ghanian government and excited to step fully into this new chapter of my African journey. There is so much more to come. God is great.
Purpose is in motion. Legacy is being built. ✨

🇫🇷Après un voyage professionnel extraordinaire à Zanzibar, en Tanzanie, je suis désormais à Accra, au Ghana, depuis près de dix jours. Le rythme a été intense, porté par le travail, les rencontres et une mission profondément alignée avec ma vision. Cela ne m’a pas encore laissé le temps de prendre une pause, de faire du shopping ou même de partager pleinement ce voyage africain sur les réseaux sociaux. Il y a tant à rattraper… mais tout se déroule exactement comme prévu. Je suis profondément fière du travail que je mène en Afrique. Certaines saisons demandent de bâtir dans le silence avant de célébrer. Quelle joie et émotion de retrouver, presque par hasard, mon cher ami et talentueux créateur de mode jamaïcain Glenroy March, basé à New York , ici à Accra. Lorsque l’on retrouve les siens sur la Terre Mère, ce n’est jamais une coïncidence : c’est un alignement, un sentiment d’appartenance, une évidence.
Je suis honorée et enthousiaste de faire partie de la Ghana Diaspora Initiative en partenariat avec le gouvernement ghanéen, et impatiente de partager davantage de ce nouveau chapitre de mon parcours en Afrique.
Dieu est grand. La mission est en marche. L’héritage se construit.

✅GRATITUDE
🇺🇸I am deeply honored and grateful to share that I am featured on the cover of New York Now Magazine — its very first issue, officially released at the end of November.
Due to a full and demanding schedule, I had not yet taken the time to announce this milestone publicly. Today, I do so with profound gratitude and humility.
New York has been my home for the past 16 years. I arrived with a dream, started from scratch, and built my path with faith, resilience, and determination. To now be featured on the cover of a New York magazine is not just an achievement — it is a powerful symbol of everything that perseverance, vision, and hard work can create.
Despite the challenges of this year, 2024 has been a year of celebration — a celebration of growth, evolution, and every victory earned along the journey.
I am currently in Africa, where I will also be honored and celebrated — a reminder that purpose knows no borders and that destiny follows faith.

✅EDUCATION & LEGACY
🇺🇸I have traveled to India many times, and each visit has left a deep impression on me. But in November 2023, something truly special happened: I taught my first online course to more than 250 management students across India. Their energy and curiosity — even through a screen — made it one of the most memorable teaching moments of my career.
Exactly one year later, in November 2024, I returned to India for my business trip and had the privilege of teaching in person.
Standing before those students from another culture , seeing their passion up close, felt like a powerful full-circle moment.
These two experiences — one virtual, one physical — reminded me that when you lead with purpose and serve with authenticity, life aligns in remarkable ways.
Being an International Educator, Professor & Keynote Speaker is more than a role — it is my mission: to inspire, uplift, and empower the next generation of leaders, wherever they are in the world.
Thank you, India, for your trust — online and on your soil.
Thank you to every student who allowed my voice to be part of their journey.

🇫🇷J’ai voyagé en Inde à plusieurs reprises, et chaque visite m’a profondément marquée. Mais en novembre 2023, quelque chose de vraiment spécial s’est produit : j’ai donné mon premier cours en ligne à plus de 250 étudiants en management à travers l’Inde. Leur énergie et leur curiosité — même à travers un écran — en ont fait l’un des moments d’enseignement les plus marquants de ma carrière.
Un an plus t**d, en novembre 2024, je suis retournée en Inde pour voyage d'affaires et j'ai eu le privilège d’enseigner en présentiel.
Être face à ces étudiants d'une autre culture, ressentir leur passion de près, a été un véritable moment d’accomplissement.
Ces deux expériences — l’une virtuelle, l’autre physique — m’ont rappelé que lorsqu’on agit avec intention et authenticité, la vie aligne les choses de manière remarquable.
Être professeure, enseignante et conférencière internationale est bien plus qu’un rôle pour moi — c’est une mission :
inspirer, élever et accompagner la prochaine génération de leaders, où qu’elle se trouve dans le monde.
Merci à l’Inde pour sa confiance — en ligne comme sur son sol.
Merci à chaque étudiant qui a permis à ma voix de faire partie de son parcours.
La connaissance est un pouvoir — et lorsqu’on la transmet, on bâtit un héritage.

🇺🇸13 years of entrepreneurship — and I’ve never looked back.
Today, I celebrate not just a date, but a journey built on resilience, faith, and bold vision.
Thirteen years ago, I made a decision that changed everything:
to create my own path, my own opportunities, and to keep moving forward despite every challenge.
Entrepreneurship requires courage, discipline, and sacrifice —
but it also offers something priceless:
the freedom to shape your destiny and to impact lives far beyond your own.
I am grateful for every mountain I’ve climbed, every storm I’ve overcome, and every door I’ve opened for the communities and nations I serve.

13 ans d’entrepreneuriat — et je n’ai jamais regardé en arrière.
Aujourd’hui, je célèbre bien plus qu’une date sur un calendrier :
je célèbre un parcours façonné par la résilience, la foi et une vision qui n’a jamais vacillé.
Treize ans plus tôt, j’ai pris une décision qui a redéfini mon destin:

✅AFFIRMATION
🇺🇸What am I most proud of building — that nobody sees?
My inner universe— the discipline, the resilience, the faith, and the emotional intelligence that sustain everything I create publicly.
People often see the results: the titles, the international projects, the magazine covers, the partnerships, the humanitarian missions.
What they don’t see is the foundation behind it all:
• the early-morning prayers at 4 a.m.
• the discipline I built in mind, body, and spirit
• the 6:30 a.m. workouts with my coach Myriam de Chadirac, three times a week, a powerful source of energy and balance in my life.”
• the courage to rebuild myself after every setback and keep smiling.
• the ability to lead with grace even when the journey is heavy
• the unwavering belief that God is my CEO and purpose is my compass.
- My family's support far away from me.
I built a strong heart, a sharp mind, and a soul anchored in faith — quietly, consistently, and without applause.
This inner structure is my true masterpiece.
It’s invisible to the world, but it’s the reason I stand tall in the world.
I built all of this in silence, without seeking glory, followers, or likes. I learned to develop quietly, with vision and discipline, and to share only once my projects were fully accomplished. I am not seeking to be loved; I am seeking to leave a mark and build a legacy that will last. “This is my mission — and I continue to rise, elevate, and grow with humility every single day.”

🇫🇷De quoi suis-je la plus fière d’avoir construit — que personne ne voit ?
C’est d’avoir bâtît mon univers intérieure— cette discipline, résilience, cette foi et cette intelligence émotionnelle qui soutiennent tout ce que je crée publiquement.
Les gens voient souvent les résultats : les titres, les projets internationaux, les couvertures de magazines, les partenariats, le mentorship avec les jeunes, les missions humanitaires.
Ce qu’ils ne voient pas, c’est la fondation derrière tout cela :
• mes prières à 4h du matin
• la discipline que j’ai forgée dans l’esprit, le corps et l’âme
• mes séances d’entraînement à 6h30 avec ma coach Myriam de Chadirac, trois fois par semaine qui m’apportent énergie et équilibre
• le courage de me reconstruire après chaque épreuve et garder le sourire.
• la capacité de diriger avec grâce, même lorsque le chemin est lourd
• ma conviction inébranlable que Dieu est mon CEO et que ma mission est mon guide.
- le soutien de ma famille loin de moi.
J’ai construit un cœur fort, un esprit affûté et une âme ancrée dans la foi — avec constance, sans attendre d’applaudissements.
Cette structure intérieure est ma véritable œuvre.
Elle est invisible aux yeux du monde, mais c’est elle qui me permet de tenir debout.
Tout cela, je l’ai construit, sans recherche de gloire ni de likes. J’ai appris à développer sous silence, avec vision et rigueur, en ne partageant qu’une fois mes projets aboutis.
Je ne cherche pas à être aimée ; je cherche à laisser une trace et à bâtir un héritage qui durera. Voilà ma mission, et je continue à m’élever avec humilité chaque jour qui passe.

✅CELEBRATION
🇺🇸 Nov 5th : What an honor it was to surprise my mentor and client — the current Governor General of the Bahamas — on her 80th birthday by unveiling the new cover of her autobiographical book, From the Pit to the Palace, published by AlizéLaVie Publishing. A truly unforgettable moment.
A true story: a little girl grew up in deep poverty, just two blocks away from the official residence of the Governor General of The Bahamas. Through perseverance, faith, and the grace of God, she rose to become the Governor General herself — Her Excellency, the Honorable Dame Cynthia A. “Mother” Pratt.
I am profoundly proud to be part of this extraordinary journey and, through AlizéLaVie Publishing, to contribute to preserving her legacy for generations to come.
