Greetings people. I really appreciate the time that you give me. Thank you. Its encouraging and makes me want to share more. Hoping that you're all well, considering that we're all on this side of the ground. That's the only thing we should be looking down on.

Last night I had the pleasure of sitting in front of poets and storytellers, at a show called, "Words to Live By". It was both enjoyable and interesting. My take away, was the depth in life that each of us experiences by way of pain and trauma, that is hidden in our stride, smiles and continued struggles. Just when you think you've been through the ringer, you hear about a story that makes your pain seem like a pinch. But all of it hurts, and all of it creates strategies and builds character. Just think of how your pain has shaped your approaches to life. Some of your favorite songs stem from pain. Some of the greatest inventors produced from their horrors. All of this helps me to view each of you as special, survivors, creators, leaders, examples of resilience. That person in the mirror is "GREAT" like that. You are the, "its", that "Tony the Tiger" roars about. Forget about the word "best"; and go with the word, "BETTER". Best, stops growing. Better, never!

I appreciate you, without the make up, jewelry, cars, fancy clothes or zeroes in a bank. Its you breathing, healthy, sharing positive and empowering with truth that makes you the celebrity, and makes me a fan. Appreciate your patience. Get some Sun on that skin and in your eyes.
