Paid extra for “delivery to my door” on this massive 200 lb fragile package, and this lazy driver still dumped it at the bottom of the stairs like it was beneath him to walk up 12 steps.
He literally saw my apartment door right at the top, looked at the giant “200 LB FRAGILE” labels, and said “he’s got it, good luck”
For the ridiculous amount I paid in shipping and delivery fees, the bare minimum was carrying it to my actual door and not leaving me a heavy cardboard side quest at the base of the stairs. Now I get to risk throwing my back out dragging this thing up by myself while praying nothing inside breaks.
The disrespect is actually wild. He didn’t even try. Just parked it there like “good luck, bro” and bounced.
This isn’t delivery. This is abandonment with extra steps.
Do better, or at least stop charging people for a service you clearly have zero intention of providing.
