‼️ A sunset, a friend, and a moment of normalcy—Will Roberts deserves this.

This teenage cancer warrior, whose journey has brought tearful prayers and endless hope, spent an evening with his best friend Cooper on the Pacific coast. No hospital room. No scans. Just laughter, friendship, and the golden glow of the sun.

For a brief moment, cancer wasn’t the story—friendship was. But reality returned: Will’s first radiation treatment has now been scheduled in Beverly Hills, targeting the areas affecting his vision. His prayers, and ours, are simple: that treatment eases his symptoms, restores his eyesight, and gives him more opportunities to be a teenager.

Look at this photo and see something more than a patient—see courage, joy, and the bonds that keep us fighting. ❤️

💔 For the first time since saying goodbye to Kylie, her family is beginning to think about what comes next. Not life without grief. Not life without tears. Just life after Kylie. Reading Ashley’s words this morning broke my heart all over again.

Over the last year, thousands of us have followed Kylie’s journey. We prayed when she received the double lung transplant that gave her extra time. We celebrated victories, cried through setbacks, and held our breath during emergencies. Together, we watched this little girl from Texas capture hearts across the country.

Now, her family is preparing for the unthinkable: her funeral. Ashley shared that Kylie will be laid to rest in Texas, the place that became home during her fight. They plan to stay, not because it’s easy, but because Texas Children’s Hospital became family. Doctors and nurses who cared for Kylie for years stood beside them in tears.

One part of Ashley’s update stands out about Kylie’s legacy: two babies are alive today because her family chose organ donation. Two mothers received the kind of call Ashley once received when donated lungs gave Kylie two more years of memories, laughter, and love.

As Ashley and Jakob navigate a future they never wanted, they are also helping their other children cope. Three-year-old Caden doesn’t fully understand, while McKenzie struggles with anger, questions, and grief. Ashley says they are taking it one day at a time, making sure their children have the support they need.

Even in the middle of unimaginable pain, Ashley is still thanking everyone who prayed, donated, commented, and loved her little girl. If you’ve followed Kylie’s journey, leave a message for her family below. Let them know her life mattered. Let them know her story won’t be forgotten. Let them know this Texas hero will always be loved. 🩷

💜 A miracle in motion—Khaleesi, our San Antonio heart warrior, is moving her arm again.

Just hours after her family asked for emergency prayers, Khaleesi showed signs of recovery following a frightening stroke scare. Yesterday, she felt dizzy, her head hurt, and her left arm went limp—moments no parent should ever face.

Already fighting for her life while waiting for a heart transplant and relying on a Berlin Heart pump, Khaleesi’s family watched in terror as doctors rushed her for testing. Today, the incredible news: she has regained movement on her left side and is stable in the ICU—the same room where she celebrated her fifth birthday just six months ago.

Her journey is far from over, but today is a victory. Keep praying for Khaleesi, for her strength, healing, and the heart that will give her a chance at life. 🫀🙏

‼️ From the very first heartbeat, Kate was a fighter.

Before she was even born, we learned she had Down syndrome and a serious heart defect. Each week of pregnancy brought new fears, from fluid buildup to uncertain outcomes—but Kate kept surprising everyone with her strength.

On December 7th, she arrived into the world kicking and screaming, ready to show us her courage. NICU days, monitoring, and early challenges couldn’t dim her spirit. She went home just in time for the holidays, bringing joy to her siblings and our hearts. ❤️

By June, Kate faced her first open-heart surgery. Nine long hours of waiting, praying, and holding onto hope tested every ounce of our strength. The repair went well, and with time, patience, and love, her heart began to heal.

Now, nearly a year old, Kate grows stronger each day, her personality shining brighter with every milestone. She is a true heart warrior, a reminder of the power of hope, love, and resilience. 🌟

Keep sweet Kate in your thoughts and prayers as she continues her journey. đź’›

Sometimes the most powerful victory is simply seeing a teenager smile. ❤️

Fifteen-year-old Will Roberts is facing an incredibly difficult battle after his cancer recently spread, bringing new challenges and heartbreaking uncertainty for his family. Yet amid doctor visits, treatments, and long days filled with worry, Will found something every teenager deserves — time with his best friend.

This weekend, Will spent a few precious hours on the water surrounded by people who love him. His best friend Cooper traveled from Alabama just to be by his side, giving Will a chance to laugh, make memories, and focus on something other than hospitals and treatments.

Those smiles matter.

They remind us that hope still exists in the middle of hard seasons, and that friendship, faith, and love can carry us farther than we realize.

Twenty days.

That’s all it took for Serina’s entire world to change. 💔

One day, this Texas mom, wife, and middle school teacher was celebrating Mother’s Day with her family. The next, she was sitting in a hospital hearing the words no 38-year-old ever expects to hear — Stage 4 colon cancer.

Since then, Serina has endured major surgery, long hospital days, and her first chemotherapy treatment. But through every painful moment, the people who know her best say she’s still the same woman who has always shown up for others with kindness, strength, and love.

Now it’s her turn to be surrounded by support. ❤️

Serina says she’s taking this battle one day at a time and leaning heavily on her faith.

Please keep this beautiful family in your thoughts and prayers.
