Nasal Dilators are a absolute game changer.

Ive been experimenting with differnt nose strips and magnetic products. None of them come anywhere close to these Nasal Dilators. The amount of extra air they let in is insane. You notice and feel it immediatly. Most people only breathe thru one side of nose at a time these open nose up so you use both sides at once. You also do not have to worry about it coming off due to sweat or wiping it off because nose got itchy. Theybare reusable so you dont have to keep buying more. The extra amount of air it allows me to take in has allowed me to keep running faster, easier, with less effort. Not only that my heart rate is about 20 beats slower at same pace.

Im not lying at all. These are amazing. If you are looking for a product that will help you get to the next level in training, or race day these will help take you there. They also are good for those with sleep apnea.

Medal reveal for both Festivus For the Rest of Us 5k and Quarry Shack 5 Miler.

Festivus
Age groups are 4x4 and overall are about 6x6. Since its for the fire company I had them use the firemam badge and put design on that. I will be putting brown string in holes so you can hang them.

Quarry shack
Basically same as last years design. Age groups are 6x4 and overall are 10x6.

Update::: fireman badge won

Help me decide. Looking at designing this year Festivus Awards. The one with the writing on it was obviously last years. If i got the same stuff transfered over to one of the other designs which would you prefer? I was thinking the fireman badge because its a benefit for the fire company but wasnt sure if others would like it as much as one of the other 2 possibilities.

Podcast: exciting new intro and outro. Plus a new opening for non podcast videos.

Havnt done any podcast for a long time. I wasnt happy with the opening and closing I created before, while I thought it was a decent idea, they had to much talking and not exciting enough on top of being to long. You don't need to explain who you are to people you gotta show them. So I cut down the times, came up with a new concept and made it more exciting and eye catchy.

So ive been revamping things behind the scenes, cleaning some stuff up and making things look better.

Things are about to get exciting

So let me know honestly what you think of what I came up with.
