I know things have been hard lately and you’ve been struggling to keep your head above water.
One thing after another has worn you down, beaten you up and left you mentally exhausted.
Hang in there.
It doesn’t storm forever, though I know it may feel like it never stops.
You reach the end of your days simply weary, laying in bed worried about the endless things on your mind.
Stop and take a deep breath.
You’re going to get through all of this- you always have, because you’re still here, still standing.
I know you may feel like you don’t have time for yourself, but I’m telling you that have to make a little time when you can for yourself-
To unwind, to stop and breathe, to rest your soul.
Taking the fifteen minutes for yourself every day can be a life changer.
You can stop surviving your days and start thriving instead.
Stop beating yourself up for messing up, not being able to do everything or be there for everyone.
You’re one person, and you’re doing the best you can.
On the way to being busy, you’ve forgotten how to be yourself, how to be happy.
Do the little things that fill your soul and give you that small space you need to rekindle your spirit.
Enjoy a cup of coffee quietly.
Watch a few minutes of your favorite show.
Call a friend you miss just to say hi.
Changing your life isn’t about being awesome or making big changes all the time…
Sometimes, it’s about doing the simple things you need to be happy so you can be your best every day
You might just find on the way to seeking joy that something unexpected will happen..
You’ll start feeling that spark you haven’t felt in such a long time..
And that’s what you truly need to start being alive, each and every day..slowly rediscovering that fire you lost.
The world needs more people that are on fire like you once were..
Now it’s time to take back your life and let that spark breathe hope into your hurting heart.
