As a business owner, I've struggled to set boundaries, if you are one then you know 🤪

I did a thing for myself, but also to improve how I handle my business 🫶🏽 I got a work phone!! 🎉

Over the last few years I've used my personal phone as my primary contact for business. It became overwhelming, I found myself forgetting to contact people, respond to messages, and setting boundaries during time off. I hate that I was not providing the customer service I would like to in that aspect of my business. Going forward with my new phone, I will be setting aside time on the days when I work to respond and answer messages. If you contact me outside of business hours I will likely not get back to you until the following open business day. My number will stay the same but my personal number will change. All business related messages should be directed to my business phone to ensure the quickest responses. Facebook Messenger is an option but sometimes may not be as quick as text/call.

We’ve officially been in our new building for almost a year now, and overall things have been running very smoothly. As with any growing business, though, there are always a few bumps in the road — and one we’d like to address is our hours of operation and walk-in expectations.

While we are very grateful to have so many people come through our doors, lately this has been a struggle.

Our business hours are posted both on our front door and again on a board immediately upon entering. These hours are posted on all our socials, our website and also on our voicemail recording. Despite this, we still frequently have people entering during times we are not open for general walk-ins.

During non-open hours, our providers are actively in treatment rooms with clients. Many of these services are designed to be relaxing and restorative, and interruptions such as calling out “hello?” throughout the building can disrupt that experience for clients who have scheduled and paid for dedicated treatment time.

Additionally, some providers cannot legally leave clients unattended on treatment tables in order to assist walk-in visitors. Sadly, we have even had some help themselves to our retail even though we have cameras inside and outside the building.

If you stop in during non-open hours, we unfortunately cannot guarantee assistance — and in most cases, we will not be available to help at all. To ensure you receive the best possible customer service, we kindly ask that all general inquiries, product pickups, browsing, consultations about services/providers, or first-time visits take place during our posted open hours.

Monday–Wednesday | 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Outside of those hours, appointments are always welcome — whether for services, consultations, private shopping, product pickup arrangements, or other needs.

We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we continue working to create a calm, professional, and relaxing environment for every client who walks through our doors.

As of this April I've been working as a Manicurist for 10 years 🥹

📢 Effective May 1st

✨There will be a slight increase in pricing along with some add on service updates. I hope everyone understands and is okay with the new prices. Most prices are only a 5% increase. I've added a few services to my list, if you're ever unsure what a design will cost please send inspiration pictures prior to services so we can discuss. I will also be updating my online services to account for extra time when it comes to more detailed art. Thank you all for the support you've given me. It's been a pleasure servicing this community.✨
