Attention RatPack:

RRN is asking for information regarding a tip received after the NH city meeting.

RRN is looking for confirmation that Danny Fox has recieved a 99 yr lease for a communication tower(possible the tower that was originally supposed to go on NH Park Property).

There was many vehicles at the NH City Hall and Fire Department this week.

There was no mention of this at the August meeting and we have no minutes for the reent planning meeting. The planning meetings do not have a set schedule and are not placed on old sign by City Hall where the TAXES DUE notice was placed.

Source has told RRN that this was not supposed to get out and it felt much like the proposed RV Park Incident of the past.

Questions:

How will this affect property values?

If this is the 911 com tower, why not on park property as was originally planned?

Why was/is being kept secret? Sounds like more of the same from our new NH City administration?

RRN has had reports of a tire dumpsite on this property, will this now require that to be cleaned up?

How will this affect the drainage areas across private properties where runoff to TN River crosses? We already know what has happened in the past with park runoff, and informant stated that ditches would have to be created and dirt would have to be moved. What assurances do citizens have that other private properties will not be devastated by this?

Perhaps this is why former candidate Story has been noticeably absent from NH City meetings following election and "has been doing work with the county commission". He was at the August meeting but left suddenly. Attendees wondered why.

RRN is fully supportive of better emergency communications countywide, for all involved, but the people have a right to know.

Thanks to all members of the rat pack!
A new civics article will drop by the weekend and I couldn't have imagined a better issue to help launch Article 2 and as always, all sources will be protected.

I do have a question for public comment:
If an official meeting is never called to order, are the acts of a city council valid? I suggest our new recorder print an outline to keep the Mayor on point. I have refrained from doing so since she has so much already on her plate, but the expense of hiring a personal assistant for him would not be fiscally prudent.

A New Jersey-based company, Sabrositos Hondurenos, LLC, is recalling about 32,000 pounds of various meat products with a false USDA mark of inspection, meaning the meats didn't go through proper federal examination, according to federal officials.

Following this case since day 1. This family! Watch the Youtube videos from: the Interview Room and the Behavior Panel to learn alot about body language. The dad was on a youtube live with Chris McDonough when he was pulled over in Rogersville, TN and arrested for DUI. The officer actually had to tell the man to get off because he was going to jail. Between the 2 parents: 1 dtr just disappeared, 4 sons were taken with parental rights terminated, 1 adult son is an RSO, 1 child is institutionalized due to traumatic brain injury from the mother and the mother's sister has been missing >10 yrs.
These poor children, the only good that came from this is that the 4 minor brothers have normal lives now. From day 1 many of us have felt that this is a recovery mission for law enforcement not a rescue mission please pray for the kids and that Summer is found.

Wells has been missing since June 15, 2021.
