When ya’ll realized we had the largest gym in the area with the most equipment around you grew us again in size, and we decided to give you even more!!!

Just a reminder that if you signed up for our 3 month challenge it’s coming to and end May 1st. Sign up sheet to get your final body scan is on the desk. Scans must be done by May 1st to be eligible for prizes

Just letting everyone know as of Tuesday I got my results back after over a year trying to figure me out. They told me I wouldn't make it 5 months possibly not 5 weeks. Well it's 14 months and they figured me out💪🏻. I'm not going anywhere... and I decided NOT to Sell the gym & Not sell the gym building 💪🏻...

My lifestyle is my biggest problem I guess I'm not a machine that can take on the world, but ya know what ima try!😬

I decided I'm not ready to leave my dream and let's build this gym and continue giving smiles on peoples faces.

I have a lot going on with all businesses and in short time I'll share more with ya'll.
