Long Driveway?
A vehicle sensor from Dakota alert can provide you early warning of visitors, and when integrated with your alarm system, the notification can be pushed directly to your smartphone, security staff, or property manager.

Our whole team came together to handle this zero down time camera system upgrade for a commercial property in fairfield county.
We swapped our own long running analog system and cabling with a new private IP network, recorder, and 13 intelligent 4mp cameras.
Utilizing Ai, our new recorder is capable of facial recognition to log employee time cards and track non-employee visitors inside, while a license plate reader keeps record of all vehicles outside.
Another clean install by our crew and a step into the future for our client.

We recently spent a day on the lake, finishing this install for a local builder’s new retirement home.
Custom painted alarm.com cameras capture a 360 degree view of the property while a Qolsys iq4 watches over the inside with full perimeter protection, smoke, carbon monoxide, all monitored 24/7 by our UL listed central station.
An alarm.com smart water valve will watch for unexpected flow and integrates with flood and freeze sensors throughout, to automatically shut down the water in the event of a leak or heating issue.

This week, Max and Erick continue to meticulously snake walls and pull wires to add the first fire, carbon monoxide, and gas detection system in this home’s 265 year life.
