Our whole team came together to handle this zero down time camera system upgrade for a commercial property in fairfield county.
We swapped our own long running analog system and cabling with a new private IP network, recorder, and 13 intelligent 4mp cameras.
Utilizing Ai, our new recorder is capable of facial recognition to log employee time cards and track non-employee visitors inside, while a license plate reader keeps record of all vehicles outside.
Another clean install by our crew and a step into the future for our client.

We recently spent a day on the lake, finishing this install for a local builder’s new retirement home.
Custom painted alarm.com cameras capture a 360 degree view of the property while a Qolsys iq4 watches over the inside with full perimeter protection, smoke, carbon monoxide, all monitored 24/7 by our UL listed central station.
An alarm.com smart water valve will watch for unexpected flow and integrates with flood and freeze sensors throughout, to automatically shut down the water in the event of a leak or heating issue.

To install this pre-engineered whole house cellular booster in a modern new construction; we had to get creative and protect our antenna leads from spray foamers, prevent it from being buried by drywallers, then hide the connections from the designers, and maintain future serviceability.

Sure, the end result is a clean installation; but no one will ever see what it took to achieve… and that’s just what we wanted.

We just put the finishing touches on this newly built home on Lake Waramaug. 

This house is now protected with combination smoke and carbon monoxide detection from System Sensor, A flow-based water meter and automatic shutoff valve from Alarm.com, along with PowerG flood sensors to protect the entire house from water damage; including supervising the sewage pump. 

A Qolsys iQ4 control panel ties everything together, provides security protection, and communicates directly to our central monitoring station. While Alarm.com integration will keep the owners notified whether home or away.

Joe and Charlie installed a full Commercial Fire Alarm at this beautiful historic church in Marble Dale. Utilizing FireLite Swyft technology, we were able to seamlessly mix hardwired devices and commercially rated wireless devices with minimal intrusion into the original 200 year old structure. Smoke detection throughout and manual pull stations at the exits, will provide around the clock protection.
A dual sim card cellular communicator will provide 2 paths of communication to our central station, along with internet communication for back-up.

We love custom work!
Max and Erick made quick work of this new “quiet cube” at New Fairfield’s Public Library.
Due to it’s sound proof design, we had to extend fire detection and notification inside the cube with custom pipe and of course custom paint to make it virtually disappear.
