Just wanted to let everyone know about Phone Booth Project] . Some of you know I’ve had a phone booth on my patio for a bit now. I had a crazy idea a while back that a phone booth would make an interesting venue for mini art exhibitions/ installations. So a few weeks ago, a friend and I got it off my patio and moved it to its new home. So far its just a basic phone booth, but with the cool feature of LED lights that I can change colors. I’ll pick different colors each night or let friends pick one and sometimes I’ll let it flow through a rainbow colors. So anyway, it’s had lots of interest by passerby’s, people stopping by for selfies and just basically wondering wtf it’s doing there, and, does it work? Currently the phone doesn’t work, but that could change in the future. All I can say is to expect the unexpected and follow Phone Booth Project] to see where this idea goes.
