MY 3 WEEK PROGRESS
I can’t not believe I am already on week 4 of my program. This was the ultimate test for my “toned in the gym” program and I can happily say that it works! I have 3 more weeks left and I am so excited to see more results. I gained 10 pounds from taking two weeks off from my egg retrieval surgery. I also gained weight from the medications I was taking to help with that. The left picture was my starting point on day 1!
Here is what I have been doing:
- following my program exactly
- taking 20 mins walks on an Incline 3x a week
- focused on a high protein diet
- getting 10,000 steps a day
- drinking 80oz of water a day
I promise that these things WORK. Stay consistent, put in the work and the results will come. Doesn’t mean you have to be perfect, just be consistent 80% of the time. You can do anything you set your mind to!
