PS&C Owner Amber Wallo is a reporter, photographer, and graphic designer who lives in the Greater New Orleans Area, Louisiana, with her husband and three cats. She has ten years experience in the print journalism industry, ranging from weekly newspapers and quarterly tabloids to monthly magazines. Previously, she was awarded Second Place for Best Feature Photo (2019) and Third Place for Best Photo Package (2017) during the Louisiana Press Association's Better Newspaper Competition.

We awoke joyous for the new year but saddened by the attack on our city last night as locals and visitors gathered to bring in the new year on Bourbon Street last night.

We pray for our city. New Orleans is home.

We pray for our country.

We pray for our loved ones and visitors who become family to us here in New Orleans.
