Who is she?
Dricka Carter (Shondricka M. Carter) is a serial entrepreneur born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is the author of The Money Manual, widely known as “the tax bible,” and a business mentor who has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs structure, scale, and monetize their expertise.
Before entrepreneurship full-time, Dricka built her executive foundation as a Revenue Cycle Manager at Ochsner Health System, leading revenue operations, collections, and performance strategy across multiple markets. That corporate discipline now fuels how she teaches entrepreneurs to move with structure — not emotion.
Comma Convos started as a podcast interviewing CEOs, artists, and entrepreneurs about their journey to success — the wins, the failures, the pivots, and the systems behind the income.
It evolved into a mentorship ecosystem designed to help serious entrepreneurs:
