Denying American victims of natural disasters aid if they are insufficiently supportive of Israel.

𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: The Trump administration announces it will withhold federal disaster preparedness funds from any U.S. state or city that boycotts Israel, according to Reuters.

According to Reuters, new FEMA grant notices require U.S. states to certify they will not sever “𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐬𝐫𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐢 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬” in order to receive federal disaster preparedness funding.

The requirement applies to at least $1.9 billion that states rely on to cover search-and-rescue equipment, emergency manager salaries and backup power systems among other expenses, according to 11 agency grant notices reviewed by Reuters.

Phoenix: A father left his four kids in a hot car for nearly an hour while he visited an adult shop, according to police. They said the temperature in the car was around 125 degrees.

When officers got to the car, they found the children and were able to get them out of the vehicle and provide them with water. The temperature inside the car was around 125 degrees, police said. They said the internal temperature of all four children was around 100 degrees.

"There were elements of heat exposure, you know, pink, red skin, sweating, crying, that kind of thing that kind of showed officers the severity of where this could have gone," said Sgt. Rob Scherer with the Phoenix Police Department.

"It's unfathomable to be honest, to be honest with you."

All four children were taken to a nearby hospital for precautionary reasons. They are all expected to be okay.

The father of the children, 38-year-old Ascencio Largo, was arrested after being found inside the adult store, police said. Police learned the father had been in the business just shy of an hour before the police's arrival.
