From regal moments to electric energy on the floor, the night was pure New Orleans—bold, elegant, and unforgettable. This year also marked my 8th year working alongside JosephVideoProduction, a collaboration built on trust, creativity, and a shared love for telling stories through visuals. Spent the day capturing inspiring interviews with Army cadets who just wrapped up two weeks immersed in the world of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. These future leaders shared how they learned about engineering projects, environmental stewardship, and the Corps’ mission to serve the nation. From hands-on fieldwork to collaborating with experienced engineers, the cadets gained valuable insight into how technical skills support national defense and infrastructure. Their enthusiasm and dedication were evident in every conversation. It was an honor to document their journey and highlight the connection between military service, engineering innovation, and building a stronger future.

This is how long I’ve been involved with video. IYKYK!!
I was digging through the back of my closet when I stumbled upon a hidden gem—a vintage Canon ZR60 camcorder.
The nostalgic click of the flip-out screen immediately took me back to the early 2000s. Along with it, I found four mini-DV tapes, their labels faded but still holding the promise of forgotten memories.
It’s wild to think about how something so small once captured entire vacations, family events, and random moments that are now tucked away in analog form.

Forget a New Year Resolution commit to a LIFESTYLE RESOLUTION!

Here are 20 Lifestyle Resolutions that can help you along the way!

1. Internal happiness. Stop apologizing for who you are!
2. Positive thinking.
3. Not over indulging in food and alcohol.
4. Going to a job every day that you hate.
5. Sleeping next to a liar, cheater and/or manipulator then pretending all is well - IT AIN'T!
6. Being silent when you should speak up, especially when you see someone being wronged.
7. Excercing and seeing your doctor regularly!
8. Looking fear in the eye then leaping with faith in your FRONT pocket.
9. Loving those who LOVE you, who are respectful to you and who are considerate of you. Dismiss all others!
10. Laughing a whoe lot.
11. Being selfless AND selfish without apology. You have to know how to balance them both.
12. Being open minded.
13. Communicating effectively, if you don't know how - Learn!
14. Being Kind.
15. Allowing yourself to love and be loved.
16. Being judgemental. Is your life perfect?
17. Treating others like you'd want to be treated
