Luxury Hotel Grand REBRANDING Event – Cinematic Live Event Activation..live event filmed in a cinematic, short-film style during a hotel opening. Talent will interact with real guests and play out a light narrative throughout the evening.

Live event only
No social media / no digital usage (no campaigns, paid media, etc.)
CONCEPT
Client will be filming the hotel opening as if it were a short film. The actors will play out a simple, elegant story in three or so minor scenes woven throughout the event, moving among guests and key moments.
ROLE #1 – FEMALE LOVE INTEREST (PRINCIPAL)
Gender: Female
Playing Age: Mid-30s (ideally 32–38; not too young)
Ethnicity: Open to all
Vibe: Sophisticated, elegant, “Bond girl” energy without being cliché. Effortlessly glamorous, confident, mysterious but approachable.
Wardrobe: Seen in a red dress (production/client will align on wardrobe specifics; talent should be comfortable in elevated evening wear).
Performance Notes:
Comfortable interacting with guests while staying in character
Able to convey chemistry and connection with “James Bond” style male lead through looks, simple dialogue, and presence (no heavy dialogue or stunts expected)
Strong non-verbal acting and camera awareness
ROLE #2 – “JAMES BOND” TYPE MALE LEAD (PRINCIPAL)
Gender: Male
Playing Age: 40s–late 50s
Ethnicity: Open to all
Look: Classic leading man. Charismatic, polished, confident, with a subtle edge or mystery. Someone who feels at home in a tux or sharp suit.
Vibe: “James Bond” archetype – charming, poised, unbothered, with strong presence in a room.
Performance Notes:
Must be very comfortable mingling and interacting with guests naturally
Light improvisation and situational interaction required
Strong non-verbal performance and comfort on camera
Able to subtly “anchor” the narrative moments happening around the event
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (BOTH ROLES)
Based in or able to work as a local hire in Los Angeles, CA
Comfortable working in a luxury hotel environment with live guests
Professional, punctual, and able to take direction quickly
Okay with live event filming (moving cameras, crew, and guests in shared spaces)
