Our goal is to take new talent from the local market to national level. Sugar & Spice Talent Management is based out of Iowa. We discover, groom, and develop models & talent ages 18-80 yrs old. Our goal is to take new talent and aspiring models from local to national level with training, support, and inspiration.

Sugar & Spice Talent Management is stepping into a new era, representing high profile entertainers who embody the spirit of New Orleans From musicians, dancers, comedians, and performers, I'm committed to elevating established talent to the next level.

With a background in union representation as a former Chief Union Representative for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, I've spent years advocating for professionals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring talent get the recognition they deserve.

That expertise now fuels my mission in talent management and has for nine years. I'm eager to represent seasoned entertainers who are ready for the next level.

I'm proud to welcome my first major signing in this new chapter, the one and only Mamie Marie Francois- The Queen of Bourbon Street with over 15 years in her craft, a massive following, and legacy that defines New Orleans nightlife, she sets the bar for the type of talent I'm honored to work with.

ATTENTION!

To all that may consider our company for representation you MUST have 15,000+ Followers across social media. We want to work with talent that have put themselves out there to prove to us you are willing to put the work in your career. Talent managers cannot promise you fame only you as the talent will determine how far you go. When applying for representation we will need all of your social media handles and a resume showing that you’ve done some work. You will send all resumes to [email protected].

We only work with females ages 35 and up. You must have transportation and a valid drivers licenses for auditions and booking jobs.

We encourage singers, dancers, and actors to submit your application for consideration. The form is pinned to the top of the page.
