New omakase spot in New Orleans 🍣

Kira Omakase (601 Tchoupitoulas) is bringing an intimate 20-course chef’s tasting experience to the Warehouse District for $175 per person.

Leading the experience is Chef Yoshi Okai, a Kyoto-born sushi chef who was named one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs in 2017 and 2024 Chef of the Year by the Industry Excellence Awards.

The menu includes around 15 pieces of nigiri along with seasonal dishes, all prepared and served right in front of you. You also have the option to add a sake pairing to complement the experience. 🍶

Located in the Warehouse District, Cochon is known for its Cajun and Southern-inspired menu with a big focus on Louisiana ingredients and classic Cajun cooking.
