🏛️ HISTORIC WIN FOR HOMEBUYERS!
On September 5th, President Trump officially signed the Homebuyers Privacy Protection Act (H.R. 2808) into law, marking a monumental victory for consumer privacy and ethical lending practices!

We've been fighting alongside the Mortgage Bankers Association for years to combat predatory lenders and eliminate harmful trigger lead practices. We're incredibly proud that our team members Ashley Logan, and Timothy Ieyoub represented Louisiana at the MBA's DC delegate conference on Capitol Hill this past April to participate in this crucial advocacy effort.

This bipartisan legislation puts new guardrails on the sale of borrower data, protecting homebuyers from unwanted solicitations and ensuring your personal financial information stays secure during the mortgage process.

Still buzzing from an absolutely incredible LMBA 2025 Annual Conference!

A massive thank you to and every single person who made this event unforgettable. Keynote speaker Dustin Owen of The Loan Officer Podcast delivered an impactful presentation.

The State of the Industry was particularly powerful, with raw and honest insights from Tee Brown, Kate deKay, Steve Ward, and Joe Uzee sharing perspectives about moving our industry forward.

Watching our newly recruited Director of Strategic Lending Initiatives & Advocacy, Ashley Logan, lead with such vision as LMBA President was truly inspiring.

Our team member, Nate Digiovani who serves on the LMBA Marketing Committee, is already implementing fresh strategies from the insights shared.
