God, free me. Free me from anything heavy that I’ve been carrying in silence. Free me from anger that tries to rise up when I’m just trying to stay at peace. Free me from heartache I don’t speak on but still feel. Free me from distractions, delays, and anything standing in the way of what You have for me. If it’s not from You, remove it. If it’s not helping me grow, help me let it go. This is my season to be free.. free in my mind, my heart, and my life. I’m claiming peace, clarity, and elevation. I’m claiming it all. ❤️

GET UP AND GET TO IT. It’s Monday and it’s a start. A fresh start to a brand new week. You’ve been given another seven days to shift something in your life. To make it count. To make it matter. Do the things you’ve been putting off. Follow that checklist. Stick to your to-do list. Move your body. Get active. Speak life into your goals. Choose you. Choose your health. Choose what’s going to make a difference five or ten years from now. The future version of you is depending on what you do this week.

This week had its tests, but grace carried me.
Some things worked out how I hoped, some didn’t—but I’m still here, still covered, still growing. As I close out this week, I’m releasing the stress and making room for peace. What’s for me will meet me at the right time, the right way, with the right confirmation.

To the girls in a transition season where situations, places, jobs, and relationships are expiring and everything seems uncertain, shaky and like you don’t know what’s going on .. I want you to know … it will be OKAY. God has plan that you cannot see but once you see it.. this season will make sense. Remain hopeful, protect your peace, and who you allow into your environment. 💕
