Tales of the Cocktail Foundation (TOTCF) is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Partnerships Administrative Manager to support our Partnerships team and ensure the smooth ex*****on of our partner engagement, sales operations, and administrative processes.

📍 New Orleans, LA | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $55,000–$60,000/year

This position is fully remote with quarterly travel to in-person meetings, as well as participation in Tales of the Cocktail events as assigned.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and take pride in keeping complex operations running seamlessly, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with partners via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain donor databases, sales pipelines, and partner information
- Process Shopify and offline sales orders; manage product inventory
- Assist in drafting contracts, invoices, and proposals (PandaDocs)
- Facilitate cross-department updates and ensure partner needs are communicated clearly
- Support sponsor resources: dashboards, FAQs, forms, newsletters, and reminders
- Conduct research on prospects and maintain client lists and giving histories
- Assist Accounting with accurate invoicing
- Support onsite and virtual needs during TOTCF events
- Monitor and manage the [email protected] inbox
- Jump in where needed to support departmental projects and initiatives

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency with Google Drive & Microsoft Office
- Experience with Airtable, HubSpot, Shopify, PandaDocs, or Canva (or excited to learn!)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Outstanding organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- A friendly, professional, partner-focused approach

A little office potluck turned into a whole lot of bonding.

Florida International Terminal (FIT) is seeking an experienced Operations Yard Manager to lead daily yard and gate operations at Port Everglades. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about safety, efficiency, and operational excellence in a fast-paced marine terminal environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day yard and gate operations in compliance with HSSE, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Drive performance, productivity, and cost control through KPI monitoring and team leadership
- Manage labor scheduling, payroll accuracy, and union compliance
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime
- Build strong relationships with port authorities, shipping lines, and trucking partners
- Mentor operations staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage operational budgets with a focus on efficiency and accountability

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime/Port Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of marine terminal or logistics operations experience, including 3+ years in management
- Experience with union labor preferred
- Knowledge of Navis, Tideworks, or EMODAL systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Must obtain/maintain TWIC card and Port ID; subject to drug testing

A new workplace trend is emerging, and it’s one leaders can’t afford to ignore.

Quiet cracking happens when employees begin to disengage emotionally and mentally while still performing their job duties. They may still show up, meet expectations, and appear productive, but inside, they’re losing satisfaction, motivation, and connection to the company.
