A former itinerant child preacher, he spent years in the L.A. music biz rat race before relocating to New Orleans to teach college. In this episode, Jerry, being a professor of English literature, employs a narrative style reminiscent of Joyce's “Finnegans Wake." The Troubled Men are still dizzy.

Now he enters the Feral Zone to share highlights from a life spent making music.

He recently completed and released the posthumous album by dearly departed collaborator Carlo Nuccio, "Clap Hands." Brent's experience with the formless minds of today's students comes in handy as he attempts to school the Troubled Men.
