Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs:

Preheat your grill or oven to 275°F (135°C). If grilling, set up for indirect heat.
Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs (use a paper towel to get a good grip).
Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.
Season the Ribs:
