If you've ever ordered a glass of absinthe, you'll know how mesmerizing the process of watching the green tinted liquid louche with water and sugar is. I've been captivated with it ever since ordering a glass in Pirate's Alley years ago, and my interest has only grown as I've learned of the history New Orleans shares with absinthe and the chemist from Louisiana who is the one primarily responsible for breaking the 100 year ban on absinthe in the states. Ted Breaux is that scientist and he has ended up crafting his own brand, which is the best in the world in my opinion. He returned my email when I cold called him and met up with me for a drink to my giddy delight as I pitched him this commercial concept. Shot in the historic French Quarter and on an LED wall for the interiors. Thankful for the chance to share my love of absinthe and for the support of all the people who helped bring this vision to life. On the lookout for the next story to tell through video.
