Round 3 of the Plus One ADU Program

Round 3 of the Plus One ADU Program is now open to homeowners in all municipalities where the zoning permits ADUs. Grants of up to $112,500 are available to homeowners earning at or below area median income to construct an ADU if they agree to keep the rent affordable for 10 years and do not use the ADU as a short-term rental. Just 10 minutes from New Paltz, this incredible festival is this weekend rain or shine! It’s gonna be a great time and it starts at noon on Saturday and goes until Sunday evening. Main St., Rosendale will be closed off. Check out the below post for more information and come to the event to see countless New Paltz, musicians in action!

Street Fest is happening this weekend, July 19 and 20 on Main Street in Rosendale.

Here are a few tips, and please check out our website for more information.

General Rules:
No glass containers or weapons. No alcohol can be brought into the festival. No pets or animals. Bicycles and skateboards must be walked. Bags will be checked at the entrances. Please consume beer in beer gardens so we can keep our liquor license.

Parking is free. Bike racks will also be available on both ends of the festival.

Official Parking Areas:
Bloomington Firehouse
WineRacks
Builders First Source
Brookside School
Rondout Municipal Center
Binnewater Kiln Lot

Please note that parking on James Street will be for Main and James St residents, permit-only!

UCAT will be running regular shuttle buses from each of the official parking lots. Buses will also pick up and drop off passengers anyplace along the routes.

Loops will run as frequently as possible. We hope this will be one run every 30 minutes, but it may be more depending upon traffic.

Saturday: 12:00 - 9:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 - 7:00 PM

Breaks
Stewart’s Side (2:00 - 2:15, 3:30 - 4:30)
St. Peter’s Side (2:00 - 2:15, 4:30 - 5:30)

Buses will be dropping participants near the festival gate at Route 32 and Main Street (near Stewarts). There will be limited handicapped parking on the East end of Main Street (between Stewart’s and the Library).
