Hello all,
Here is a new 2-song offering (while I take a break from completing work on the new CD The Empty Space), music composed in memory of drummer/musician Hajji Majer (1964-2014), using guitar loops originally created by Hajji as the basis for creating new instruments.
"Tombeau d'un Ami" is a dance in 12/8 embedded (@ the 2'16" mark) inside a polished granite soundscape. Subtle hints of Gene Moore's "Carnival of Souls" soundtrack with a one-note allusion to the ending of Messiaen's "Quartet for the End of Time".
"La Brume de Tombeau" is a drone-mist with hidden pockets of light and the casting of muted shadows.

Out tomorrow for November's : Earwaker Projects is proud to release "evil time" b/w "scanner bomb", the debut 2-song digital release from buddha glues airplanes. BGA is an offshoot project from Frogwell members Robert Hardin & Bob Lukomski. Using a poem by Hermann Hesse wrapped in gauzed electronics, "evil time" is Hauntology for the end of 2020.
