Some women spend their energy tearing others down, competing over who’s “better,” or secretly celebrating in private while envying in public. It’s exhausting, and it rarely leads to anything real. The women I admire most are the ones who lift each other up as they rise. They celebrate wins that aren’t theirs, say “you belong here” when no one else does, and create spaces where everyone feels strong, seen, and capable. That’s real power. That's true sisterhood.
