April 15, 2026 – SI joint Steroid Injections. After seven days the pain returned with vengeance so I had an MRI of my lower back done and see results:
My MRI showed:
• SI joint inflammation
• Arthritis in my lower spine joints (L4–L5 and L5–S1)
• Moderate narrowing around the nerves at L4–L5
• Foraminal stenosis at L5–S1
• A pinched nerve at L5–S1, worse on the left
• Disc degeneration at L5–S1
May 20, 2026 – Second Injection Procedure
I had another injection to target the remaining problem areas the MRI showed.
Another mri and EEG coming up cause I have chronic cerivcal (neck) pain due to Cervical canal narrowing, cervical straightening which causes Chronic migraine and it’s making my hand numb.
I deal with a lot more but these are symptoms that cause me to be debilitated.
This is my life and I do my best to live my best life but my quality of life is poor as I get older it’s getting worse.
