Dating lessons I have learned the hard way.

1. Constant flattery feels uncomfortable and not grounded in real connection. This is a type of love bombing.

It can feel manipulative, even if unintentional, because it pressures you to respond emotionally before trust is built.

I am asking for real connection, not projection not deflection when I tell you, I’m uncomfortable I want you to listen.

You have to tell people how to treat you sharing your boundaries. If they project and deflect please don’t feel obligated to meet this people or to continue dating them.

This is an antidote to love bombing.

2. Sir/maam, don’t get distracted by someone’s words pay attention to their actions
