The mission of PCAC is to eradicate racism and other systems of oppression standing in the way of social equity and justice for all, provide a voice to every member of the community by fostering social work education, practice, and research that strengthen and expands the opportunities, resources, and capabilities of all persons to achieve their full potential and well-being.
Goals: 1) Partner with community advocates and professionals across all disciplines to promote effective practices, programs, and policies that benefit and protect the dignity of individuals and their human rights.
2) Uphold ethical standards of competence, integrity and accountability with local city and county government, and within the local city and county police departments.
3) Educate and assist Pasco County in understanding their rights and responsibilities of all citizens, whether homeowners, renters and/or houseless that are residing within the city and county limits.
4) Work towards making Pasco a county where all are welcome.
