There is way too much noise with information flowing. Recently, the NY Times had an article "Has the Overzealous Cleaning Finally come to an End?" By Emily Anthes, April 8, 2021. One thing we need to understand is that disinfecting surfaces means disinfecting surfaces for not just Sars-Cov-2, but for everything else in addition to Sars-Cov-2. Why stop now? What happens if people at work suddenly get the FLU ? What kind of reaction are they going to get when they are coughing or look sick? The same goes with students. Stay clean, keep disinfecting and take a look at the CDC direct as of April 5, 2021... we still need to disinfect.

Actions that communities can take to slow the spread of COVID-19.

The road to becoming the best school district starts with an open mind, open heart and civil dialogue

TheHuguenotHour is meant to focus on the City School District of New Rochelle, however, much of what will be discussed are topics that resonate throughout all public schools. Most of the videos will be recorded while I am performing my radio show at WVOX 1460AM in New Rochelle every Monday @4-5pm starting August 19. On the radio with me will be special guests from week to week. Sometimes we will have students discussing exciting upcoming events or accolades they have achieved. I'll have teachers and Principals and New Rochelle's newest Superintendent as guests discussing great things that are happening as well as challenges we face. Also invited on my radio show will be representatives from surrounding private and public schools to discuss great programs they have and challenges they face as well. Board of Ed members are always welcome to come on and discuss topics and of course I will have parents that will come on my show and sometimes co-host with me on the radio.
