Welcome this is a house odyssey. This track was so fun to produce because I took Deodato’s Also sprach Zarathustra and a sample from 2001: A Space Odyssey chopped it all up in a zillion pieces and sewed it back together added sequins and rhinestones and A House Odyssey was born. Take off your shoes and stay awhile cause it’s about to get real funky, jazzy, and discoey up in here.

I’ll be playing this track at the Phish After Party at Hill Country BBQ on 12/30. FYI: it’s walking distance from MSG, and will be there, we’ll be raising money for and the yummiest BBQ will be available if you’re hungry. So basically, after Phish f*cks your face, we’ll keep you dancin til 3am in the city that never sleeps.

Phish was my first musical true love. Then I found house music and crushed hard. Now we’re a thruple and this track I made with Vetica is the result.

I’ll be playing it at my set at Hill Country BBQ after Phish on December 30th. You can walk there and get epic late night noshes.

So I’m excited to play some of the tracks I produced and others by my favorite producers. It’s gonna be a time smothered in barbecue sauce. Let me know if you’re coming and if you can’t let me know if I should record it.

My first day of DJ school, my teacher asked if I had any goals.

Without hesitation I said, “I want to DJ a Phish After-Party.”

Which felt like a pipe dream at the time. I’ve had some of the greatest nights of my life dancing after Phish to DJs like Airwolf, MusclePizza, Mitch Please, Uncke Jesse, and Tad Cautious and now…

✨ IT’S. HAPPENING. ✨

On December 30th, I get to live my dream (and try not to spontaneously combust into a pile of dirt, sand, and glitter).

Actually, I got offered TWO after-parties. But the one Tad Cautious invited me to? That one’s straight from my sparkly little music heart.

Here’s why:
• I’ve listened to Tad on The Bunny for years
• The way he curates sound is literal magic
• THEN he said “wanna team up with Femme House?”

At DJ school, I used to walk the beaches of Tulum blasting LP Giobbi‘s set from Dead Ahead… twirling like a crazy queen while influencers judged me.

LP’s a co-founder of Femme House, which gives women + marginalized folks access to DJ + production education — and I’m SO HERE FOR THAT.

So yeah. I’ll be playing alongside Emily Bass and Tad Cautious!!
A portion oof proceeds go to Femme House.

This whole thing feels like one giant YES from the universe.

This guy had a hard year professionally, but he made it through and is now a total boss. I’m so proud of him. And even though it was really hard, we also had so much fun. Like a lotta fun. We did so many incredible things and spent time with the best people. You all know who you are and likely love him as much as me. I mean, it’s not a competition. But if it was, I’d win🤣🤣🤣

1. You’re not lazy. You’re dysregulated. No amount of time-blocking fixes a nervous system in freeze mode.

2. “Just do it” works great for sneakers. Not humans.
Stop yelling at yourself. You’re not a slogan. If you were, you’d be

3. You don’t need a better planner. You need a better vibe. This is why I make DJ mixes for your annoying tasks. I’m not joking.

4. Rest is productive. But only if you actually do it — not scroll through it. Yes I’m looking at both of us.

5. If you need to put “drink water” on your to-do list. You’re brilliant.
Your brain is finding ways to help you succeed. Let it.

6. You are not behind. You’re just not thriving in a system that rewards burnout. This one hits me in the jugular.

7. Productivity without pleasure feels like a punishment and I hated being punished.

8. Your glow-up won’t be optimized. It’ll be weird, a little chaotic, and a lot fun. Especially if I’m DJing it.

9. Your body needs movement. Not just for health — for momentum. Boogy first. Task second.

10. You’re allowed to try a different way. One that includes house music. Magic. Mess. And joy.

Hi. I’m Cheetatah. Not legally, but spiritually. My Grammy wore Cheetah print. The light doesn’t shine on the cheetah. It shines from the cheetah and when it knows what it wants there’s no stopping it. My nieces and nephews call me Crazy Auntie Tata and I love (.)(.)

I’ve traveled around the sun 48.5 times. I didn’t think I’d be learning to DJ at this age but here we are, and I have zero regrets and a lot of playlists.

I produce house music for people who want to move their body and forget about the dumpster fire we’re all living in. Also for people who need a soundtrack to do their laundry.

I run something called the Glow Up Club. It’s basically if a productivity app and a dance party had a disco ball baby. Want to join? Send a DM.

Other facts I should probably share:
• I’m working on a disco remix of a Primus song that goes hard
• I dance when I’m cooking
• I use music to trick my brain into doing things
• I don’t fully know what I’m doing but it seems to be working?
