The Machine Bindery Operator would work on a variety of finishing equipment: Folders, Collators, Binders, Cutters, Die Cutting Machines, Ink Jet & Tabbers

Applicants should be mechanically Inclined: can troubleshoot issues and make repairs as needed

Previous Bindery experience is a plus but is not required.

Last week we welcomed a group of 7th grade students to The Herald for a tour. Our owner, Dave Stump, talked to them about The Herald's 144 year history, and how printing has changed during that time. They were able to walk through our production area, see our sheetfed press, as well as many pieces of bindery equipment.
