تو میں نے سوچا اپنے انداز میں اسے بہت آسان طریقے سے سمجھا دیتا ہوں۔

کسی کامیاب ویب سائٹ کو کھول کر یہ دیکھنا کہ اسے ٹریفک کہاں سے مل رہی ہے، کون سے الفاظ پر گوگل میں آ رہی ہے اور اس کی کامیابی کی وجہ کیا ہے۔

اب اسے Step-by-Step سمجھیں _____

Step: 1

سب سے پہلے Google میں کوئی ایک Seed Keyword لکھ کر سرچ کریں۔

مثلاً
Best running shoes

Step: 2

اب Google میں جو Top 10 ویب سائٹس نظر آ رہی ہیں، ان کو دیکھیں۔

ان میں سے اگر کوئی ایسی ویب سائٹ مل جائے جس کا DR 20 سے کم ہو تو اس ویب سائٹ کو کھولیں۔

Step: 3

اس ویب سائٹ کے Home Page کا لنک کاپی کریں۔

اب اس لنک کو Ahrefs یا Semrush میں ڈالیں۔

Step: 4

اب اس ویب سائٹ کے بارے میں یہ چیزیں دیکھیں----

اس کی کتنی ٹریفک ہے؟
کتنے Backlinks ہیں؟
گوگل سے کن الفاظ پر لوگ آ رہے ہیں؟
کون سے صفحات پر زیادہ ٹریفک آ رہی ہے؟
کون سا Keyword اسے سب سے زیادہ ٹریفک دے رہا ہے؟

Step : 5

اب اس ویب سائٹ کا وہ Keyword نکالیں جس سے اسے سب سے زیادہ ٹریفک مل رہی ہے۔

اس Keyword کو کاپی کریں اور دوبارہ Google میں سرچ کریں۔

Step: 6

اب اس Keyword پر آنے والی Top 10 ویب سائٹس کو Sir کے بتائے ہوئے Criteria کے مطابق چیک کریں

ان کا DR دیکھیں، مقابلہ دیکھیں اور باقی تمام چیزیں دیکھیں جو ہمیں لیکچر میں بتائی گئی ہیں۔

یہ پورا عمل ہی Reverse Engineering ہے۔

ایک چھوٹی سی مثال

فرض کریں آپ نے Google میں "Best running shoes" لکھا۔

آپ کو Top 10 میں ایک ایسی ویب سائٹ مل گئی جس کا DR 18 ہے۔

آپ نے اس ویب سائٹ کو Ahrefs میں چیک کیا اور پتا چلا کہ اسے سب سے زیادہ ٹریفک ایک دوسرے Keyword سے مل رہی ہے

اب آپ اس Keyword کو Google میں سرچ کریں گے اور دوبارہ دیکھیں گے کہ اس Keyword پر کون کون سی ویب سائٹس Rank کر رہی ہیں اور ان میں سے کون سی ویب سائٹس کو Sir کے Criteria کے مطابق Beat کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

بس یہی Reverse Engineering ہے۔

یاد رکھنے والی بات:

ـ Reverse Engineering کا مطلب کسی کی ویب سائٹ کو Copy کرنا نہیں ہے۔

بلکہ یہ سمجھنا ہے کہ

یہ ویب سائٹ کامیاب کیسے ہوئی؟

اور پھر اسی معلومات کی مدد سے اپنی بہتر Niche تلاش کرنا۔ 💯

شروع میں یہ کام تھوڑا مشکل لگے گا، لیکن جب آپ خود 2، 3 بار یہ عمل کریں گے تو ان شاء اللہ بات سمجھ آنا شروع ہو جائے گی۔

🌹Google Business Profile ko properly optimize nahi karna

Mistake: Client sirf business name, phone aur address add karke chhor deta hai.

Real solution:
Primary category carefully select karo, relevant secondary categories add karo, services/products, business description, hours, photos aur other available profile details properly maintain karo.

🌹 NAP inconsistency

NAP = Name, Address, Phone

Mistake: Website par phone/address kuch aur, Facebook par kuch aur, directories mein kuch aur.

Solution:
Important platforms par same business information maintain karo. Agar address ya phone change ho, old listings bhi update karo.

🌹 Reviews ko ignore karna

Mistake: Client reviews ko sirf stars samajhta hai aur customers se feedback lene ka system nahi banata.

Solution:
Satisfied customers ko naturally review dene ka option/link do aur genuine reviews ka politely request karo. Negative reviews ka professional response bhi important hai.

🌹Local content nahi banana

Mistake: Website par sirf generic content hota hai:

“We provide the best services.”

Solution:
Real local audience ke questions answer karo.

Example:

“Best plumber in [City]”
“Emergency plumbing services in [Area]”
“How much does plumbing cost in [City]?”

Lekin location keywords ko zabardasti repeat nahi karna.

5. Local relevance ke baghair backlinks/citations banana

Mistake: Client hundreds of random directories mein listing bana deta hai.

Solution:
Relevant aur trustworthy local/business directories par focus karo. Quantity ke bajaye relevance aur accuracy important hai.

🌹 Website aur GBP ko separate samajhna

Ye bohat common mistake hai.

Mistake: Client kehta hai:

“Meri Google Business Profile optimized hai, website ki zaroorat nahi.”

Solution:
GBP + website + reviews + local mentions ko ek connected local SEO strategy ki tarah dekho.

ایک چیز میں نے اپنی زندگی میں بھی سیکھی ہے کہ بڑے فیصلوں میں صرف یہ نہ سوچیں کہ اگر سب کچھ منصوبے کے مطابق ہوگیا تو کیا ہوگا۔
یہ بھی سوچیں:

اگر منصوبے کے مطابق نہ ہوا تو کیا ہوگا؟ یہ سوال شاید زیادہ اہم ہے۔

رسک وہ ہے جس میں آپ نے حساب کیا ہو کہ اگر بات الٹی ہوگئی تو واپس کیسے نکلنا ہے۔

اس لیے خواب ضرور دیکھیں۔ جگہ بھی بدلیں، ملک بھی بدلیں، نئے تجربے بھی کریں۔ بس خواب کے ساتھ تھوڑا
حساب بھی رکھیں…
اور Plan B ہمیشہ جیب میں رکھیں۔

اکثر لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے Freelancing کرنی ہے، Freelancing سیکھنی ہے۔ لیکن جب ان سے پوچھو کہ بھائی کون سی Skill سیکھنی ہے؟ تو جواب ملتا ہے کہ بس Freelancing سیکھنی ہے۔

اصل بات یہ ہے کہ Freelancing خود کوئی Skill نہیں ہے۔ یہ ایک طریقہ ہے جس میں آپ کے پاس جو Skill ہے، آپ اس کی Service دنیا کے کسی بھی کونے میں بیٹھے ہوئے شخص کو Online فراہم کرتے ہیں اور اس کے بدلے پیسے لیتے ہیں۔

مثلاً اگر آپ کو SEO آتی ہے، Video Editing آتی ہے، Graphic Designing آتی ہے، Web Development آتی ہے یا کوئی اور کام آتا ہے، تو آپ اپنی اسی Skill کے ذریعے کسی کا مسئلہ حل کرتے ہیں اور اس کام کے بدلے پیسے لیتے ہیں۔ اسی کو Freelancing کہتے ہیں۔

آج Freelancing ایک بہت بڑی Field بن چکی ہے اور اس میں بہت ساری Skills شامل ہیں۔ SEO، Video Editing، ChatGPT، Web Development، Graphic Designing، Content Writing اور اس کے علاوہ بھی بہت سی Skills ایسی ہیں جن کی آج اچھی Demand ہے۔

ان Skills میں سے اگر آپ کسی ایک Skill کو اچھی طرح سیکھ لیں، اس میں Experience حاصل کریں اور واقعی اس کے ماہر بن جائیں، تو Freelancing کے ذریعے اچھی خاصی کمائی کی جا سکتی ہے۔

لیکن ایک شرط ہے کہ صرف Course کر لینا کافی نہیں۔ اصل چیز Course ختم ہونے کے بعد شروع ہوتی ہے۔ جو چیز آپ نے سیکھی ہے، اس پر بار بار Practice کرنا، خود کام کرنا، غلطیاں کرنا اور پھر ان کو ٹھیک کرنا ہی آپ کو اس Skill میں بہتر بناتا ہے۔

بہت سے لوگ Course کرتے ہیں، چند دن Practice کرتے ہیں اور پھر سوچتے ہیں کہ اب Client کیوں نہیں مل رہا۔ بھائی، Skill کوئی ایسی چیز نہیں کہ Course کیا اور اگلے دن Expert بن گئے۔ اس کے لیے وقت دینا پڑتا ہے، مسلسل Practice کرنی پڑتی ہے اور کام کرتے رہنا پڑتا ہے۔

اگر آپ نے بھی Freelancing کی دنیا میں قدم رکھنا ہے تو سب سے پہلے کسی ایک Skill کا انتخاب کریں۔ اسے اچھی طرح سیکھیں، اس پر وقت لگائیں، Practice کریں اور اتنا کام کریں کہ آپ کو اپنے کام پر اعتماد آ جائے۔

پھر جب آپ کی Skill مضبوط ہو جائے گی تو Freelancing صرف ایک لفظ نہیں رہے گی، بلکہ آپ کی Skill آپ کے لیے کمائی کا ذریعہ بن جائے گی۔

ایک Skill سیکھیں، اس میں Master بنیں اور پھر اپنی Skill سے لوگوں کے مسائل حل کرکے اپنی محنت کی کمائی حاصل کریں۔ ❤️
