HERE’S THE FULL STORY: Judge Christopher Cooper stepped in and basically said the Trump administration can’t suddenly change its plans or start tearing down the Kennedy Center without warning the court first. They have to give more than 30 days’ written notice before making major changes, including demolishing the main building.

The judge ALSO ordered Kennedy Center officials to explain exactly what is going on right now. They have to give him a detailed report about the temporary closure and emergency repairs, and that report is due September 23.

Trump’s literal obsession with the Kennedy Center and having his name plastered on the building has crossed the line! The judge said NO, and now Trump is throwing a tantrum. He seriously needs to S**U and follow the fu***ng law. There are rules, approvals and consequences, and Congress may not support his plans, especially after the midterms and seats flipping blue. 🇺🇸 See less

HERE’S THE DEAL: Today, Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered the Justice Department to hand over handwritten FBI interview notes from the Epstein files so he can review them himself. The notes are connected to an accuser who made allegations involving Donald Trump. Sullivan also warned Attorney General Todd Blanche that if the DOJ does not follow the court’s orders, contempt proceedings could follow.
