From music and painting to mountain adventures, baking, photography and finding any excuse to get a little weird. The things we love outside of work shape the creativity and curiosity we bring into it.

On , we’re celebrating the organizations that pour their hearts into making a difference and the honor we’ve had in helping tell their stories.

From healthcare and housing to education, youth development, and community support, our nonprofit partners are doing work that truly matters. We’re grateful to have partnered with organizations like Ibis Healthcare, United Way Suncoast, Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, Hillside, Inc., Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside, MCR Health, Selah Freedom, Tampa Bay Partnership, Preferred Behavioral Health Group, and Junior Achievement.

This heart is made up of moments from those stories because that’s exactly what this work is about: people, purpose, and impact.

One of our favorite things about working with Florida Land Title Association - FLTA is how much fun we get to have with them creatively.

Every year, they bring us in from the very beginning, from the theme and logo to figuring out how we can turn it all into something people can have a ton of fun with, full of whimsey and playfullness.

For the 2026 FLTA Convention, that meant creating this JibJab-inspired, stop-motion style teaser for “Your Launchpad for the Future,” with plenty of FLTA personality.

Because why wait until Bonita Springs to start having fun? We love getting everyone excited early and giving them a little taste of what’s coming.

Every detail in a shot needs to be thought through, especially when the message is this important.

Behind the scenes, our Creative Director, Heidi, created small flower bouquets and a “13 and Thriving” display to make the setting feel authentic and relatable to the eighth graders who will see the video. Each detail was chosen to help the audience recognize themselves in the story and connect more deeply with its message.

The video is part of Selah Freedom’s work to educate and protect young people from human trafficking.

What goes into a great idea? In this , we're pulling back the curtain on how we helped Florida Land Title Association - FLTA bring their convention to life with a concept built around personality, connection, and a little action movie inspiration.

The idea? Mission Possible, of course.

With a three-part series full of humor, energy, and more than a few action movie moments, we created something members could genuinely connect with while weaving in the bigger story of FLTA's advocacy and impact.

The best creative doesn't just entertain. It reminds people why they're part of something bigger.
