The eagle that has flown twenty years... but it never crossed the sea. For two decades, a stepparian eagle was tracked by a Russian GPS until its demise in Saudi Arabia. Its flight map astonished scientists, revealing that it traveled thousands of kilometers, traversed deserts and mountain ranges, yet never ventured to fly over the sea. Instead, it opted to execute massive detours on solid land, consistently avoiding water.
