Why am I getting such a nasty headache welding this s**t.. I don't prep it ,I gotta weld over the paint per my boss , I wear a lincoln 3350 papr helmet/ respirator and I even leave the doors open with a fan running and I still seem to be inhaling it somehow... we have no ventilation or vacs / or anything to help with the smoke and s**t. I weld this and galvanized all day long. But this black pipe is the worse by the end of welding 10 gates I'm damn near dying cause my head feels like it's going split open and not to mention over powering smell of the paint burning... is this normal ? Or is this something I should be concerned about.

Ps I don't get this bad welding plain galvanized.
