Went to a job site yesterday, contractor called and had a broken weld on a coupling on a pole mount, he said he has made a bunch of these on his shop not sure what happened to this one, but wanted it fixed I said sure went to the site and ohhh WTF!!!??? Cast iron couplings to steel pipe with what looks like 6010s and a AC buzz box. And to think this was done in a "shop" inside, in a controlled environment and horizontal and this is the best you could do???? And this was all new equipment being installed at their customers location!!! Dude just please stop and step away

How many of yall have your own shop or work for yourself? My shop has been absolutely bombarded with work over the last 6 months and it just keeps coming. Now while God knows I'm definitely not complaining about having work but it's just me here in the shop, 1 man show, and my wife runs the office. Too much work is a good problem to have but what do yall do when you start to get overwhelmed?
