Pigeons of New York

Meet Subway Sonny.

Pigeon #012.
The Subway Regular.

Hood up. Eyes open. Never rushing.

Sonny knows where to stand, which car will be the least crowded, and exactly how long “train traffic ahead” really means.

He moves through New York without ever looking pressed. Somehow, the train always feels like it waited for him.

Five years in, I finally wrote my first blog: “Nobody Gives a F**k About NFTs.”

It’s about what we learned building Pigeons of New York, why story must lead, and why the real world doesn’t care about our Web3 bubble.

11K+ ORGANIC VIEWS!!! 🐦🚇🔥

No boosts. No shortcuts. Just two NYC pigeons, one subway platform, and a flock that keeps getting bigger.

Every view, share, comment, and follow helped this story travel across the city. Thank you for riding with us—we’re only getting started.

NEW YORK, MAKE SOME NOISE FOR THE FLOCK! 🗽🐦

39 DAYS.

That’s how long it took me to go from an idea to building everything we have today.

The stories.
The art.
The characters.
The social platforms.
The theme.
The website.
The design.
The merch.
The smart contracts.
The audits.
The tools.
The mechanics.
The technology.

A whole damn universe.

And the wildest part?

I haven’t even had time to fully process what we’ve built, because I’m still building.

I’m going to ride this momentum for as long as it takes.

Until the story I see in my head is out in the world, exactly the way I want to tell it.

39 days down.

We’re just getting started.

Stay tuned, y’all.

I’M LOCKED IN. 🔒🐦🗽

I built FLOCK because I needed help running everything behind Pigeons of New York and PROJCT212—without losing the vision, the details, or myself in the workload.

FLOCK is the AI operating system I created to help me turn ideas into action: project checklists, daily priorities, deadlines, briefings, social media planning, outreach, and founder approvals—all in one place.

The AI side has become a real creative and operational partner. It has helped me organize five years of work, create and coordinate content, support launches, keep projects moving, and give myself the structure I needed when doing this alone felt overwhelming.

I built it to help me. Now I’m building it so other founders and creators can move with clarity too.

Build with clarity. Move with the FLOCK.
