I Thought.

I thought what we had and shared was so real nothing could go wrong,
From his eyes I could see whenever he sang me a song,
His innocent face I didn't notice a mockery out of it and in his heart I sank,
Out of all he was my one and only, number one rank.

From the very day we met I knew he got my heart covered,
Instead he got it in tatters and in pieces got scattered,
His pure words fed my hungered heart but wasn't for so long,
Because everything was a total lie all along.

To me had hold so many titles, I couldn't get enough of him,
I thought he was into me as much as I was to him,
But it was all a lie, we were living a lie,
So my thoughts I ought to bury in a den of no return.

Today

Some days are much harder than others.
Some days you wake up hoping not to be bothered.
Some days you wish you would’ve never left the bed...
And some days you just wish the bad things could just leave your head.
Today’s that day for me.
I hope it gets better.

Fractured Visions

Every time I stand up,
I stay and see,
Observe,
I once again see the illusion weaved by others.

That maybe there is light, hope in this world,
But then again it all comes crashing down on me,
And once again I am buried deep inside,
With no light, only darkness.

Once I start seeking solace in that,
I once again see the light.
