The conference began with an insightful opening speech by Professor Dr. Salah Al-Sawy, President of the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA), highlighting the responsibility of Muslim scholars to address the rapidly evolving challenges of social media and artificial intelligence through the guidance of the Qur’an, Sunnah, and contemporary Fiqh.
