This is Bob. Bob sits on the porch and meows very early every morning until I go out and fill food bowls. Some days Bob taps on the door with his paw so I will move faster. Bob is NOT my cat. I don't have a cat. Bob is feral and doesn't let me touch him....yet. I am only allowed to feed him.

"When my Nana was put on hospice, the nurse asked her what her goals were. She replied that she wanted to be at my wedding. They reluctantly told her they didn't want her flying anymore (she was nearly 103 years old) and her heart was failing. I knew in my heart she was trying to hang on to get there somehow.

I decided to fly to her with my wedding dress - it was unaltered and didn't fit yet but none of that mattered. I may have lied to my entire family about where I was that weekend, and I didn't tell my friends, so I could surprise everyone with these photos. Words cannot explain how much these moments mean to me. Her smile and her laugh are forever etched in my mind and the love between us will live in my heart. This was one of the greatest days of my life. 😍😍

When I said goodbye to her that night, I think we both knew it would be the last time we would see each other. She grabbed my cheeks with her hands, looked me straight in the eye and said, 'I love you very much' and 27 days later she passed away." 🙏🙏🙏

Like many women in this group, I left an abusive marriage, eight years ago. I lived in a 4000 square-foot home in a bucolic town in Connecticut. I gave him the home and everything in it. I wanted nothing to do with that part of my life. Today, I live in a 900 square-foot apartment that is peace filled. I’m very comfortable. I am content.

🤨😳OMG!! I can’t even... 😂

Getting home from vacay… and no groceries.

So I go through the drive-through to pick up sandwiches, start heading down the road, pull it out of the bag and see this....

I know I asked for a lot on my sandwich and took off a few things that I didn't like but this was sooooooooo unnecessary! Not to mention, I am ordering for a family of 6!

So I turn my car around...🤯🤯🤯🤬🤬🤬 and head back up there to make a complaint with the manager and find out who did this!!!!

I mean customer service is huge with me and I wasn’t gonna let this slide right??

just to be told it says......

"BLT with cheese!" 😂🤣

Hope this makes you laugh out loud today ❤

Let it be a reminder that things are not always what they seem. 😉😍

"Here’s a snapshot of my oldest son Trevor and me on my wedding day! Fun fact: Trevor wasn’t always my son; he’s actually my husband’s child from a previous marriage. His biological mom wasn’t around when I stepped into their lives at 19, and he was just a little 3-year-old. I remember one night while I was babysitting and tucking him in, he looked up at me and said, ‘I don’t have a mommy, but I love you. Will you be my mommy?’ From that moment on, I’ve loved him as if he were my own. Now, after five beautiful years and two more kiddos, I’m finally adopting him! This picture perfectly captures the deep love we share."

Today, I was on my way to Family Dollar, which is just up the street from my house. I saw a FedEx driver named Rondy make a U-turn at the second entrance to a trailer park that used to be called Farmview. When I looked in my rearview mirror, I saw him pulled over, helping a 75-year-old man get his little cart and groceries out of the ditch. The man had fallen into the ditch because of the heat. I didn’t see the man in the ditch, but Rondy did. I turned around to help him.

The older man had walked to the food bank up the street but was so exhausted from the heat that he could barely stand. I asked both of them if I could take a picture, and they agreed. Rondy’s kindness really impressed me, and it made me proud. Another man stopped to help too. We told Rondy we understood he was busy, and that we’d help the older man get home. Rondy was thankful and said that even though FedEx drivers are on a schedule, he still stopped to help the man.

Please share this as much as possible, and hopefully, we can get Rondy’s kind act noticed by his supervisor!

Even though he had a tough history with his former teacher, this NFL linebacker is getting a lot of praise for coming to her aid when she needed help.

Martha Isbell was all dressed up and headed to Easter mass on Sunday when she ended up with a flat tire on a highway in Lake View, South Carolina.

Fortunately for her, 23-year-old Darius Leonard from the Indianapolis Colts drove by just as her tire went flat.

As luck would have it, Isbell had been Leonard’s high school biology teacher. She shared with the Indianapolis Star that she had been pretty tough on him back in the day, but despite his class clown antics, she has always thought fondly of her former student.

“I was happy to see him because I knew I was safe with him around,” Isbell told The Star. “He recognized me. Even if I had been a complete stranger, he would have helped anyway. He really cares about helping others.”

Even though her car jack was in pretty bad shape, Isbell said that Leonard quickly changed the tire and made sure everything was done right.

The Bajau people are the first tribe in the world to have evolved to adapt to life under the sea. They spend their entire lives living on the sea and searching for food on the ocean floor. They live in temporary stilt houses and on their boats, scattered throughout the seas of Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. They have lived this way for over 1000 years, and their food is entirely dependnt on the surounding seafood. This forces them to work underwater all day to catch shrimp, crab, fish, and squid.
Therefore, the Bajau puncture their eardrums to balance the pressure between the outer ear and middle ear, helping them avoid discomfort when diving deep underwater. However, puncturing the eardrum can also reduce their hearing ability and make them susceptible to ear infections. This is a trade-off that the Bajau must accept in order to live underwater.
What is extremely unusual is that they can dive for over 13 minutes at a depth of 60m below the ocean floor. Why can they do this? It turns out that they have a much larger spleen than normal people. It has the abilty to pump more oxygen into the blood and works no differently than a biological scuba tank. Their spleen has a volume greater than normal people by more than 50 percent.
What is special is that this feature is not only found in divers but also in other members of the tribe, including children who have never dived before. This means that they have evolved to live more easily under the sea."

"This is my son's friend Jared.

Before I hear any wise cracks. Jared has been fighting lung cancer and we almost lost him. He was recently cleared to workout. Today his arm measured 8 1/4 inches and his legs just over 12". and he's at ZERO % body fat. I'm taking him under my wing. Stay tuned for Jared's progress.

Jared and his friends at Body Alive are forever grateful for the support from all of you. Keep the kind words coming, it means a lot."

"I went to Kroger tonight wearing one of my husband's sweatshirts. I got in line to check out and the man in front of me asked if the sweatshirt was mine. I said 'oh no, it's my husband's.' It caught me pretty off guard, to say the least. He then asked if Austin was with me so he could say thank you and I just said 'thank you, but unfortunately, he's deployed right now.' The man then, without hesitation started putting my groceries up on the belt with his and told me he was paying for my groceries tonight. I was speechless. The only thing I could get out was, 'oh my gosh, are you sure, thank you so much' almost a dozen times. He said, 'that place over there almost took me away from my wife and my four kids. Promise you'll stay true and honest to him while he's gone and love him like you've never loved him before when he gets home.' I'm still in shock over an hour later. There's still so much good in the world and we need to start focusing on that rather than focusing on all the bad."

This is my new mate Edna 👩🏼👵🏻 I met her at the bus stop after work. We started talking and she told me how she was just going into town for something to do because she was lonely in the house by herself after her husband of 55 years had passed away. It broke my heart thinking of this cute little old lady all alone with no one to talk to so I asked for her number so I could come visit her for a cup of tea ☕️ she's 91 and just took her first selfie ✌🏼️
