Handyman quoted me $250 to patch this hole... I measured it and it's barely 100mm wide. That's like $2.50 per millimeter...

I hired a plumber to fix a leak and he left my ceiling looking like this !! He told me 'I turn wrenches, I don't slap mud' and that closing the hole is my problem? Excuse me? You opened it, you close it! I am refusing to pay his $600 invoice until this is smooth and painted. Am I the bad guy here?? 😡
