Pan esponjoso casero

Ingredientes:

12 huevos

2 tazas de azúcar

2 tazas de harina de trigo (cernida)

2 cucharadas de vainilla

2 cucharadas de polvo para hornear

2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal

Preparación:

1. Precalienta el horno a 180 °C (350 °F).

2. Separa las claras de las yemas.

3. Bate las claras a punto de nieve y agrega poco a poco el azúcar hasta formar un merengue brillante.

4. Incorpora las yemas una por una sin dejar de batir.

5. Añade la vainilla y el aceite.

6. Tamiza la harina junto con el polvo para hornear y agrégala a la mezcla con movimientos envolventes para no perder el aire.

7. Vierte la masa en un molde engrasado y enharinado.

8. Hornea de 40 a 50 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo salga limpio.

9. . Deja enfriar antes de desmoldar.
